Well, how about that?  Trainer Momma is officially ONE YEAR OLD!  I started dabbling with blogging with the encouragement and tutoring of my favorite friend, Amy (who thought I was a bit odd for wanting to do a fitness blog.  Here exact words were, "WHY?":)  Love you, girl!) It turned out to be the perfect combo for me:  fitness, food, writing, photography, and women who love this stuff as much as I do.  Wow, who knew a year ago how stinkin' fun this would be?
