Well, gals.  Trainer Momma is officially ONE YEAR OLD!.  I started this as an outlet for all the endless fitness and health thoughts I had bouncing around through my head day and night.  By reading each day, spreading the word to your friends and families, emailing me questions and suggestions, commenting to posts, interacting on Facebook, and just grabbing me and telling me your thoughts -- you have made this baby grow.
