Eat With Me: 1/26/10

Today I had a heavier workout, which brought my calorie count up to 1, 902. SWEET! I ended up eating around 1,800 calories total.

And let's eat!

I'd be dying by 1:30 too! That salad looks delicious and I LOVE GoLean Crunch! You should try it with Almond Milk (the 40 calorie per cup kind) and 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (the ones from Costco are the best, a humongo bag for like 8 bucks.) That truly gets me out of bed in the morning!
